Paternity Leave Tu Cuti Untuk Suami Yang Isterinya Bersalin | Bukannya si suami tu yang bersalin. Tak faham lagi kak? Meh sini rapat2..
Dictionary kata..
Paternity Leave – A leave of absence from work granted to a father to care for an infant.
Kenapa tiba2 saya cerita pasal paternity leave pulak? Sebab semalam ada sorang training provider ni call nak bercakaplah dengan sorang staff kat department saya tu. Saya pun beritahulah yang En. N (bukan nama sebenar ni cuti, ‘Paternity Leave’ selama 3 hari.
Cik Kakak tu agak pening2 langau agaknya.
“Dia cuti? Lama ke? Macamana ni boss saya on the way ke sana ada appointment dengan dia”
“Ya cik, dia cuti paternity leave 3 hari”
“Dia ambil emergency leave ke?”
“Tak cik, dia memang dapat cuti, paternity leave.. wife dia bersalin.. bukan dia yang bersalin”
“Ohhhhh.. wife dia bersalin.. ok kalau macam tu nanti saya contact handphone dia je. Ok, thanks”
“You’re welcome”
Sah.. memang sah. Kakak ni tak faham apa itu paternity leave. Alahai, entah2 company dia ni tak bagi paternity leave kat staff lelaki kot. Kalau nak kata dia tak berapa dengar apa yang saya cakap dah banyak kali ulang rasanya. Suara memang betul2 confuse semalam. Kesian kakak, mesti masa kakak bersalin dulu, kakak pelik kenapa suami kakak cuti hehehe.
Buat En. N (bukan nama sebenar) tu, tahniah dapat baby boy baru. Pangkat dah bertambah dah tu. Dah ada 2 askar sekarang hehehe.
