This buffet dinner is part of the nationwide ‘Citarasa Serantau’ campaign by Hilton hotels in Malaysia. MAKAN KITCHEN
Makan Kitchen will feature a variety of its signature dishes and action stalls that promises a feast for the senses. The outlet offers an enhanced dining experience for diners and features a wide array of premium signature dishes such as a Slow Cooked Hyderabad Style Clay Pot “LAMB SHANK BIRYANI”, Assam Pedas Ikan Siakap, Harissa Kambing Golek, Kerala Crab Curry and BBQ Style Wagyu Beef Brisket, Makan Kitchen’s specialty for this year. Not to mention, we have various Laksa stations at Makan Kitchen.
These signature dishes are not only crowd favorites but have been put together carefully to bring unique dishes to diners as part of the dining experience at Makan Kitchen. Guests can enjoy the Citarasa Serantau Buffet for RM198 nett per adult and RM99 nett for the child. Children below 5 years old eat for free. This year, The Food Store will be a part of the Ramadan showcase at Doubletree by Hilton Johor Bahru and will feature a classic night bazaar with multiple action food stalls. Price starts from RM138 nett per adult and RM69 nett per child. Early birds can enjoy a buy four get one free promotion for adults applicable for bookings made from 1 -15 March or choose from two bundle deals of buy two adults and one child eat free or buy seven adults and one adult eats for free applicable for bookings made from 1 March onwards. Diners will be served Ramadan signatures like the Daging Rendang Tok, Bubur Lambuk, Grilled BBQ on Charcoal
and more. Diners will be thrilled to have the access to fresh Durian stall at The Food Store throughout Ramadan.
BANQUET DINING & MEETINGS
For those planning a bigger group dining and meetings during the Ramadan season, the hotel has a feasting package priced from RM 178 nett per person with a minimum of 100 guests inclusive of usage of a private function room, AV system, a selection of linen covers, receive Hilton Honors points and a specially curated menu.
