no. 1 – breakfast awal pagi.. Energizing Soy Protein (ESP) dibancuh dengan plain water untuk ummi kekal bertenaga sepanjang hari. nak fokus belajar babywearing katanya.
no. 2 – breakfast pukul 10am.. mee hoon goreng free. breakfast untuk peserta Bengkel Babywearing 101. mak buyong makan berdua beranak harus makan lebih ![]()
no. 3 – supplement after breaksfast. Vitalea 2 biji dan B-Complex 1 biji untuk kesihatan ummi dan adik baby. Vitalea bantu mengawal paras hb saya sepanjang mengandung. B-Complex baik untuk pertumbuhan otal bayi dan saraf adik baby. mesti di ambil setiap hari without failed! ![]()
