Buffet Ramadan 2023 – Hard Rock Hotel® Desaru Coast Sets The Stage For Rentak Selera | The holiest month of the Islamic calendar returns as Muslims around the world once again unite to repent and reflect. This year, Hard Rock Hotel Desaru Coast sets the stage for Rentak Selera, hitting the right note for a fulfilling feast for Muslim’s to break fast.
“Rentak Selera was coined to reminisce about the characteristics of our local Ramadhan Bazaars with the aim of providing higher quality food while, enjoying a wider range of dishes in a comfortable ambience. This year, we are expanding more prominence towards our live stations which will be helmed by our chefs and their signature dishes. This also allows guests to interact with our chefs and understand the characteristics of each dish,” said Executive Chef Halim.
Under the masterful direction of Executive Chef Halim, the buffet showcases a series of mouth watering dishes. To start, explore the appetizer section with Malay Kerabu, Asian Pickles, Sambal and Rojak. Seafood enthusiasts will appreciate the Symphony Seafood on ice station
where Mussels, Tiger Prawns, Scallops and Yabbies are freshly showcased. Somewhere in
between, you’ll want to enjoy the special Egg Saffron Briyani that will strike the right chord with your palate. The grilled station takes the spotlight with its Whole Roasted Lamb, Roasted Honey Chicken, Grilled Fish and Roast Beef, complemented with an assortment of condiments such as BBQ, Black Pepper and Salt-Chili sauce. Not to be missed is the Satay station with Lemang and Ketupat. Feast with the eyes as Chefs prepare a la minute dishes from the Wok and Pasta station.

If you prefer international flavors, take your pick on the specially prepared Japanese, Western and Indian cuisines to satisfy your craving. The endless desserts such as Mango Pudding, Ice Cream, Pandan Flan, Pineapple Tarts, assorted cookies and cakes are palate pleasers. Complement your meal with hot and cold beverages from the buffet line. The Rentak Selera Buffet Dinner is available from 24 March to 22 April 2023 at Sessions, the all day dining restaurant at Hard Rock Hotel Desaru Coast. The dinner is priced at RM 138nett per adult and RM 69nett for children (6 to 12 years old) and senior citizens (65 years old and above).
Group bookings of a minimum of 30 persons will enjoy 10% discount. An early bird promotion is available from 1 to 23 March 2023 at RM 128nett per adult while, children and senior citizens are priced at RM 64nett per person. For booking and dining between 24 and 31 March, diners will enjoy a special price at RM 88nett per person.
