Ramadhan 2017 – Day 2

Alhamdulillah hari ni sempat berbuka di Senggarang untuk hari ke 2. Menu kentung kentang hari ni tumpang dapur Atok Tipah hehehe.

Menu utama Kuey Tiaw Goreng. Berencahkan udang dan meatball. Nak cari kerang tak nampak bayang pula tadi hahaha. Nasi pun ada juga, so nasi kita berlaukkan lauk-lauk simple je.

Sambal udang.

Ikan caru bakar cicah kicap potong bawang, cili padi dan diperah dengan limau kasturi.

Kentang masak air bersohoon, tauhu kering tak ada stok kat dapur Atok Tipah. Yang penting ditaburi daun bawang dan daun sadri hahaha.

Itu je menu berbuka kami hasil kentung kentang Ummi kat dapur.  Kejap lagi nak gerak balik Gelang Patah. Babai Senggarang! 😎
