Responsibilities:

• In charge of planning and monitoring activity, before, during and after operations.
• Focal point for smooth and efficient operations between Operations & Planning team.

Requirements:

• Possess a Diploma or Degree in Transportation or Logistics Management or its equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years related working experience in Vessel Planning / Vessel officer.
• Strong leadership abilities and be able to work under pressure.
• Hands on experience in planning skills especially Navis SPARC is a must.
• Have analytical thinking and shipping knowledge.
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Computer literate especially in Microsoft Office.
• Able to work shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise the vessel operation and yard operation to ensure all company’s safe working conditions are complied with and high productivity is achieved.
• Carry out planned crane and yard operation sequence.
• Advise operational input to the vessel planners (on the wharf activities), dispatchers (on the yard activities) and the shift manager.
• Communicate vessel operation sequence and stevedoring particulars to the vessel.

Requirements:

• Possess a Diploma or Degree in Transportation or Logistics Management or its equivalent.
• Self starter, strong leadership with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Possess people management skill and analytical thinking.
• Possess IMDG and heavy lift cargo knowledge.
• Proactive attitude toward safety.
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Computer literate especially in Microsoft Office.
• Able to work shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Manage, motivate and supervise all container stevedoring and yard activities during the shift with due regard to safety, quality and productivity.
• Ensure maximum production levels and efficient utilization of labor and equipment

Requirements:

• Possess a Degree in Transportation or Logistics Management or its equivalent.
• Experience in logistics/transportation/warehouse/shipping is an advantage.
• Possess strong leadership, self starter, diplomatic, authoritative, people management skill and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Proactive attitude toward safety.
• Flair in writing and effective communication skils in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential.
• Able to work shifts.
